NLThe environment is absolutely great. Quiet location at the edge of meadows. In close proximity of the city of Alkmaar (5 miles). Great homebase to go on bicycle trips in summer. The veranda is a nice place to chill and relax in summer with a glass of wine and enjoy the view and tranquility. In winter it is nice to use the fire place in the living room.
No breakfast included, but could be ordered in advance if wanted. Maybe it's a suggestion to up the price a little bit and include breakfast. Or provide the option whether or not to include breakfast when booking the accomodation. That way you give guests more flexibility. The bathroom is a little small, but well useable.
