Apartment 2 - 1 Bedroom Sea Front-Sea Views-Free Parking

Lovely Apartment very clean and well equipped with all we needed this was our 2nd stay at Glencoe apartments

The property was beautifully situated. With all the facilities you would need.

I wouldn’t book staying on a second floor again with a young family, but that was my mistake when booking. The apartment is very hot, the sun shines on it all day. we had the fan on day time (if in) & over night. (however we did have exceptionally hot weather this year)

Great location looking out to sea, apartment fully equipped, very cosy.

The hosts were really good and helped us with all our questions about activities and things to do near by

The view from the room was nothing short of spectacular, literally a stones throw away from the beach, bars, arcades, crazy golf etc. A very short walk into town and the bus station and taxi ranks a 5 minute walk up the road. Perfect location. . The apartment itself was decorated to an acceptable standard and was very clean. We were able to check in slightly earlier than the specified check-in time. The owners were very welcoming and polite and will respond to any queries you have very quickly. The property had ample free parking so we didn't need to worry about leaving the car in a car park or on a road where parking needed to be paid for, which was a big plus for us especially with luggage and a child. The beds were very clean and comfortable. My grandson particularly loved the sofa bed. They offer the use of dvds to watch, which are kept in the lobby. You can pick what you want to watch in your room which was great for my grandson, but we didn't use as we logged into Netflix, but thought this was a great idea. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this apartment again.

Unfortunately, due to prior commitments, we didn't spend much time in the room, so we didn't get to use much of the facilities. The pictures make the apartment look a lot bigger than it actually is (but never the less, it was suitable for our needs). . The kitchen is very narrow (but it was fully stocked with all of the utensils needed, and everything looked fairly new. We only used the kettle and microwave very quickly). The electric heaters were difficult to work. It was cold in the room when we got back. (But not so much of a negative, as this was only an issue because we got back so late on the night we stayed it wasn't possible to contact the owners to ask how to use them so we put a couple of extra layers on instead and went to sleep fine.). 9am check out was brutal considering the time we got back the previous night. We had very little sleep. We may have been able to ask for a later check out, but we decided to take advantage of the time and head back home due to the weather not being so great that day. It's worth checking before hand if a later check out is possible. The instructions on the table ask that cleaning the apartment must be done prior to leaving the apartment as cleaning costs are not included in the price. 😌 ok, but with a late night and a 9am check out for us, it meant being up at 7am. Luckily, our stay was 1 night only, so there was very little cleaning to do. This is another good reason to request a later check out so you're not rushing too much and not having to hang around the streets very early in the morning with children and luggage especially if you didn't drive to the accommodation

Loved the personal touch of the meet & great and tour of the apartment when we arrived, plus the delicious complimentary homemade truffles that were awaiting us! The apartment was exceptionally clean throughout and well equipped with everything that we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfortable accomodation with wonderful sea views and free private parking. Run by a lovely family; very approachable, friendly and helpful, that live on-site. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, thank you James, Anna and Mum :-)

The self-catering apartment was comfortable and generally spacious. There was an excellent sea view. The £1 coin electricity meter had been topped up sufficiently to easily cover our stay, so heating was effectively included. The shower was excellent. Free parking a few metres from the door.

The shower room was rather cramped (but fully adequate).

The view was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, slept very well. Very clean and the host was very informative. The little touch with chocolate was lovely. Thank you

The wall separating the kitchen from the living area isn't needed it didn't give much space to move in the kitchen. Otherwise it's a great place to stay
