The location was excellent just off the sea front. A lovely sea view from the balcony. House was very well equipped. Highly recommend

we took mum who is in her late 80.s and there is a deep step from the lounge up to the kitchen There is no hand rail or any thing to hold on to to steady oneself, she managed but it would not have been able to whilst carrying any thing such as a drink. The bedside lamp in mum.s bedroom was not bright enough for her to read by so she had to get back out of bed to put the light out.

Beds were comfortable, house was nicely decorated and very clean. Plenty of dishwasher tabs, towels, foil, and a few nice books and toys/games. Huge fridge and freezer. Few local places deliver via deliveroo. About 10-15 minutes or so to walk to small local supermarkets. Location excellent for the beach.

Bath was out of use making things very difficult for us as 6 year old hates showers. Other bathroom had trickly rainforest shower and a handheld shower, so tricky to wash hair thoroughly and disappointing when constantly at beach etc and wanting to get clean. The bath was very awkward to get into as it has been fitted at a strange angle. Certainly couldn't lean over to bathe a child at it, so would have been difficult even if it was in use. House is designed for 6 people but there were only 2 small saucepans and a tiny frying pan to cook with, definitely couldn't cook for 6 people, luckily there were only 3 of us. Sofa looks comfy but top padded section has hard metal bits that really hurt if you lean against them. House is a really bad conversion with trip hazards everywhere. Parts of the floor has holes underneath so you suddenly lose your footing when walking across the carpet. No windows downstairs, only doors so not safe for toddlers/young kids and gate does not lock so kids can get straight out to main road. Window in smaller bedroom doesn't open and we couldn't open the door to the balcony either, so a bit on the stuffy side and only really a view from one bedroom. Downstairs is actually quite gloomy. Wardrobes are just doors cutting off the end of the room with a rail, not proper wardrobes. Parking space is useful, but not actually labelled so we sometimes found a visitor to the apartments at the front of the building had parked there and had to find who it was and ask them to move. If you are slim, physically fit and planning on eating out most of the time then house is OK and location is great. Would not recommend for children or the elderly. Even then I would say it is overpriced and you are very much paying for the convenient location.

Location was good.

No inclusive welcome pack (explaining where/what/how appliances etc), there were Broken Light Switches, the Living room TV was unreliable via the remote, and The blind in the seafront bedroom was broken, extractor fan in the main bedroom shower was not fixed adequately. On the final morning, the power to the kitchen and most of the 13A sockets tripped out @ 07:30 (we were sitting eating our breakfast cereal and were not using any appliance!, access was denied via a locked cupboard to reset the trip). Needs some TLC (look at the three overhead kitchen lights)

Great location,2 minutes from the breach

Needs more equipment in the kitchen. For example only four mugs available. Great dishwasher is provided, but we couldn't use it because we had to constantly wash up the few items provided for eating and drinking. Also, the living room furniture not all that comfortable - OK for a couple of days.
