Beautiful fresh flowers it impressed me

Loved the welcome pack and so thoughtful with a birthday card balloon and gift. Really kind. Also so much provided (tea towels, cloths, cleaning materials toilet rolls etc) Parking permits a bonus!

If had to make one improvement ….maybe both bathroom and toilet could be updated and a sink added in the single toilet.

The house was super clean, has really good vibes, beds were comfortable and was very equipped with all kind of "house" stuff. The location is perfect, jist 5 minutes walk to the town but far enough to sleep quiet and relaxed without noise. Very recommended.

Not really relevant but bathroom need some improvements, just the floor and more space. Anyway, worked well and was perfectly clean.

You can’t beat the location of this property for convenience. Everything you need is on your doorstep. The property was comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our holiday. Felicity was super helpful with any enquires and even left us a welcome hamper of goodies. Would definitely return to the Devon Beach Station.

Bathroom needs updating

The owner is a very caring person. Welcomed us not only with milk, coffee and tea but also a hamper of goodies. The house is complete with all you need, just like home from home. Help with parking is much appreciated.
