Giusto il prezzo, ottima la posizione per spostarsi in tutto il Salento, casa pulita, ottimi i climatizzatori

Troppi i particolari trascurati; manutenzione da fare in bagno..i tappi bidet e lavandino non presenti e sale odore cattivo, due TV una di 15 anni l'altra forse meno ma in cucina TV non funzionante cavo antenna mozzato, eravamo in 3...2 tazze per la colazione e 2 cucchiaini, manca un tagliere e un coltello per il pane.. sono tutti particolari è vero ma sono sciocchezze che non possono mancare. Il terrazzo che poteva essere decente e l'unica area dove potersi affacciare chiuso con un frangivento è inaccettabile . Ok in centro ma tornare la sera e stare 10 minuti in macchina a cercare parcheggio per le vie circostanti non è il massimo.
