Harbour Lights

Good comms with the owner, Adele. Tucked up an alleyway to the side of the Fisherman's Arms, it was remarkably quiet. Recently redecorated and equipped with well-appointed and quality fittings, it was spotlessly clean. One (minor) point to be aware of; there is no dedicated parking. Easiest to unload/load at the bottom of the alley in front of the Fisherman's; we found unrestricted roadside parking about 150yds towards Mousehole near the Boatyard ramp. Food in Fisherman's excellent; Lewis's Fish & Chips (v good) at the crossroads less than 10mins walk away.

Great location. Very clean, well equipped place. Great communication. Really lovely stay.

Ok, parking is tricky (ish). The spaces in the street behind and the nearby carpark were both full. However, it's legal to park directly opposite the pub/alleyway between 6pm-8am (and all day on Sunday) so that was ideal and worked brilliantly for us.

This was our second stay in Harbour Lights. Precise instructions from Adele on key code, parking, directions etc. Very good communication throughout. Fantastic location just a few steps from the sea and in a quiet area. Mid way between Penzance and Mousehole so lots of lovely walks

Would be nice to have the option of twin beds in main bedroom

The property when it comes to location is absolutely spot-on. You couldn’t want for anything better.

Nothing to not like… maybe lighting outside the door for late night arrivals I think maybe the bulb had gone out.

Comfortable, clean, compact and perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed for a self contained stay. Nice touch with a bottle of wine to greet us. Fabulous location in a quant fishing village. Next door to a lovely pub and only a short stroll into the beautiful village of Newlyn. Some fabulous places to eat close by and wonderful walks along the foreshore.

Well furnished and equipped. It was comfortable and cosy. Within easy access to local amenities and transport.

Front door opened directly into alley which could be noisy at times.
