Story Studio Piódão - Heritage

The place was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the welcome basket was a very nice surprise and much appreciated. Great communication with the host.

A beautiful and cozy little house where every detail has been thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort! The house is very small, but it’s incredible how such a compact space includes everything you might need: a super comfortable bed with quality linens, fast internet, a cozy fireplace, a TV with Netflix, a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, tableware, and various appliances, a welcome basket with food, an excellent shower with strong water pressure and instantly hot water, a powerful hairdryer, and even electric bikes! Cars are not allowed inside the village, which can make getting to accommodations with luggage a bit tricky. However, this house is conveniently located just a 1.5-minute walk from the parking area, making check-in and exploring the village much easier.

This apartment is part of the Piódão village experience itself. A modern touch on a vintage building immerses you in the charm of the place. And of course, the famous welcome basket! 😉

Just wow, we couldn't have picked a better start of our 2025! The accommodation was well-equipped, cozy and in a great location. We even got a little welcome basket with (delicious) local products. Communication with the host was quick and effective at all times. We will definitely come back :)

The authenticity of the building, the excellent updating/remodeling of the inside. We felt like we had stepped back in time, with the simplicity, warm and welcoming feeling of the studio.

N/A (It was a little difficult to find, but with the help of Marcia, we did find it & enjoy our stay).

We did not stay to sleep due to the following: there was water coming through a window that kept the stairs getting wet. My husband dried it several times but water kept pouring in. This would have been a hazard at night to go to bathroom. The stairs have no railings to hold on. Also, there is only one tiny window in back of the bed to open. I felt very claustrophobic. I could not see out. There are two other windows high up that are unreachable to open. I wished if we could have stayed. The village is very quaint. The house is cute but the water issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

We were given a wonderful basket that allowed us to cook and eat our own delicious breakfast. The basket gave us everything and was an unexpected pleasure.

The walkways to get to apartment were difficult however not a problem
