Unclean, food in the cupboards,broken draws in the freezer unclean fridge mould in freezer, kitchen in dire need of refurbishing, kitchen tiles broken under kitchen table, stained curtains walls need painting as there are marks everywhere, the pictures on booking.com are extremely old the furniture in the pictures does not exist nor does the nice outside furniture pictured it is all different and very much false advertising. Maybe fake reviews……

Emplacement idéal, espace extérieur très agréable, habitation confortable

Perfect, central location, very clsoe to Plymouth Hoe but also short walks down to the Barbican and into town. Well appointed, had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen. Comfortable living area with nice touches like a Firestick to watch television. Beds all very comfortable, outstanding pillows! Bathroom ideal with a very good shower and towels.

Few little niggles, blind in our bedroom needs fixing. Refresh after this summer season?

Dorothea was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and the tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits on arrival, was a nice touch.

Location was excellent. Easy short walk to the coast and easy short walk to the City centre. The ferry crossing to get to Torpoint is a five minute drive away. So for our party of five people who went to see my son ‘Passing Out’ it was superb! Entrance to the property was made easy as I had great communication with the owner prior to arriving which even included photos. Due to the location, parking would normally be difficult, however with this property we had the use of two integral Garage’s. So parking wasn’t an issue and you had the peace of mind that your vehicle would be safe. We didn’t want for anything inside the property as the facilities were all there for us to use……for example the iron and ironing board, which we used to make sure we were all smart for our sons ceremony! Lounge was great and had ample comfortable seating for us all, with plenty of room and some lovely artwork done by the owner’s daughter herself! The bathroom was large, shower was fantastic and all bathroom amenities were there to go with too. It actually looked brand new……the whole bathroom I mean……beautiful. All bedrooms were ample big enough with plenty of storage too. The beds themselves were really comfy and the pillows were extremely lush……..gorgeous they were! Really enjoyed our stay at the ‘Coach House’. Couldn’t have asked for a more, suited us brilliantly for what we needed it for and was extremely clean, spacious, nicely decorated and really comfortable too. Would definitely use again. Perfect…..thank you.!

Excellent location. Clean and as described. Parking was an added bonus and close to Plymouth Hoe & Barbican.

Very clean very close to the center

The Coach House was cosy and warm, and the garage parking was so convenient. The location is great near the Hoe and the Barbican. It was so clean and had a lovely personal touch.

There is nothing to not like about the lovely home.
