Nada porque fué un robo! No llegó nadie a abrirnos! Llamamos al número y nadie contestó. La casa, por fuera, estaba ruinosa! No volveré a contratar a Booking!

Que ustedes no checan nada! Nos robaron!

We arrived at this property at the pre-approved time of 15:00 - 16:00. We had paid for the stay in advance through Booking.com. There was noone there. We called the phone number in the reservation and noone anwsered. We called 4 times over the next 30 minutes and noone anwsered. We also sent a message to the owner of the property through Booking.com and got no response. We saw a handwritten note inside the gate at the property saying "I'm so sorry, I'm very sick, have to cancel". When writing this review 48 hours have passed since that incident and the owner has ignored us and has proceeded like this stay happened and that the booking was completed even though we left after half an hour not having seen or been able to contact anyone. Booking.com has not anwsered our complaints. Do not book this property. It is a scam.

The house was great! Super clean and convenient. Patrick was a great host and helpful. We washed our clothes with his guidance.

Beds were uncomfortable

The owner greeted us to open the house and give us the keys. He also had a few beers and a bottle of wine as a gift. But, what I didn't expect he wanted to share them with us. The location is handy for the beach. Just a short walk. The home is very clean and comfortable with good WIFI and kitchen items. The pool is very well maintained, however not very private. The owner lives on the property and is very friendly. Perhaps too friendly, we didn't rent the house to hang around with him.

We soon learned that the owner has a few boundary issues. He was always around watching us and "helping" with things. But why would he go in the house when we are not home to put a fan on the ground floor when we didn't ask for one or need one. He also took my dog out when we were not there? No. This was not acceptable, my dog is hands off. Even after teaching us how to use the laundry facilities (very nice to have there) he later rearranged our clothes on the line, and put in the second load of washing. He did not ask if we wanted that, and my friend was quite upset that he went through her personal things. His home is behind the main house, but he chose to sit in the front near the pool while we were trying to enjoying some private time in the pool. Later he wanting to dance with us and asked my friend on a date but telling her that he was old so sex wasn't going to be an issue. WTF? It was creepy and I wish we had set him straight on day one.

This property was not on the beach, was not beachfront as advertised!

When I entered the place, I said to myself ¨This must be the cleanest house in the world¨.And it is so well supplied with everything you might need during your stay. Also, Erroll is right there in his jungle cabin, to instantly help with whatever might be the case.
