Very clean and comfortable! Great communication from host!! Well stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies. Hope to stay again on our next trip to Richmond.

The only issue was the pull out trundle bed in the kids' room. The mattress was sunken in the middle like the springs were gone. The kids didn't mind because it was like sleeping in the middle of a raft. Lol! But it would not be comfortable for anyone of size, as they would basically be sleeping on the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay!!

it was super cozy and beautiful.

we kept getting locked in the bathroom and the key pad door is unaligned so sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. just so happened when it wouldn’t work it would be pouring down raining. same with the bathroom doors both of them the knobs are lose and we kept getting stuck in the bathrooms.

size and amenities were excellent

smaller area for the pregnant mama to get in down stairs bathroom. however sometimes those things are out of our control. lol and if that’s my only complete then heck it’s perfect lol
