Upside Down Cottage

Fourth stay at Upside Down Cottage and once again everyhting was spot on. Communication with the owner is easy and the location is perfect.

Lovely property and well equipped. Bed very comfy

It was so cold. Unable to get the heating over 16 degrees and it was -6 degrees outside. Only one heating panel working in the bedroom. The radiator in the bathroom was only luke warm so very cold getting out of the shower. Only luke warm water in the bathroom. These issues had been highlighted up to 3 years ago in the visitors book but clearly not addressed.

Location, decor, facilities

Very cold took a while for the cottage to warm up and the bathroom didn't get warm at all. Lots of cobwebs.

Quirky little cottage right in the centre of Richmond. The cottage was furnished with individual items which made it feel very homely.

Not much to be honest as everything was just how we liked it.

Directions from host made it easy to find. Absolutely spotless . It had everything you could want in terms of comfort and equipment and the hosts left milk eggs and biscuits much appreciated thank you

very central location but tucked away in a quiet, out of the way spot. Very comfortable bed and pillows, good range of facilities with comprehensive guide to make the most from them.

Parking is awkward in Richmond, even with a time limited disc being available, but this would be the same for everyone

Location is excellent with easy access to local shops, pubs and restaurants. Aquirky feel to the cottage which is nicely furnished. Kitchen was spotless and we'll equipped.

Central heating system appears to be restricted to 20c, so ithe cottage temperature felt on the cool side.

Amazing cottage loved every thing about this little place. The owners where really helpful with information and even the little message sent on the day we checked out. We will be back we can not recommend this cottage any more just amazing beautiful.
