What a beautiful relaxing location for a beach getaway. Girlie, one of the property caretakers, was extremely kind and helpful, providing help finding tricycle taxi. If peace and tranquility is what you’re looking for in a beach vacay, this is a great option

if i could rate it to -10, I could have..we arrived at the resort exactly 1:45pm to discover that the resort doesnt have any electricity or water..we traveled for 6hrs and arrived tired..we are so frustrated that the resort cannot accommodate us or inform us ahead of time to let us know the situation..the owner just wanted to cancel the booking the time we arrived and do it online and basically kick us out..no customer service or such..just very very VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..and we found out aswell that its not only us they trapped,but a couple of travelers as well..we foublnd this out at the police headquarters when we reported it to the authority..THINK 100X FIRST BEFORE BOOKING AT THIS RESORT!!!!YOU DON'T WANT TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE HAD AT THIS RESORT!!!

I liked the view because it was near the beach.

I came here to spend quality time with friends and family whom I hadn’t seen in 14 years, and I truly wanted everyone to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Because of that, I booked what seemed to be the best accommodations available, including the vacation home, Cottage One, and the nipa hut. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. One of the biggest disappointments was the vacation home kitchen. I assumed the entire kitchen would be accessible, but the stove knobs had been removed, making it unusable. There was a separate dirty kitchen outside in a shared area that guests could use, but it required an additional one-time fee of 600 pesos. On top of that, the kitchen cabinets inside the vacation home were locked, and although appliances were visible, guests were not allowed to use them. The vacation home also did not have air conditioning in the main room, which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable. All three accommodations had TVs, but none of them worked. The caretaker explained that they were damaged during a recent storm, but honestly, it felt more like they simply chose not to operate them. The caretaker also commented about leaving the AC on while we stepped out briefly, which was frustrating considering we paid for the accommodations and expected to comfortably use the amenities provided. The nipa hut was also very hot, and since it did not have its own bathroom, we had to share bathrooms with other guests. Unfortunately, the shared bathrooms were not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The views at the property were beautiful, but aside from that, the stay was not as relaxing or pleasant as we had hoped. If you are looking for comfort, relaxation, or value for your money, I would not recommend staying here. If you still decide to book, I highly suggest staying for just one night first to see if the place meets your expectations.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach and easy to locate. Girlie and her husband are helpful and very friendly. Girlie exceeded my expectations, she gave us an excellent customer service.
