I felt there could have been more dishes so it wasn't necessary to wash a few times a day. One dishwasher tablet left and one washing machine bubble Seriously needs either a tumble dryer or washing line in backyard, nearly impossible to dry clothes on an airer in Scotland!! No salt or pepper shakers in house - we travelled from Australia, not things you usually travel with.

The house is quaint and homely and suited our needs perfectly.

The house was very cold even with the heating on it was a struggle to stay warm unfortunately the fire didn't appear to be working either.

Ease of entry

We arrived in the dark and pouring rain and couldn't see the house number (not helped by a well known search engine showing us a different house altogether!) We rang Mairead who was very quick to guide us to the correct place.
