3606 Villa Franca - Pet Friendly

This home was close to everything, grocery shopping, gas stations, the beaches, Myakka river state park, mote aquarium. The kitchen is great for cooking, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space.

No complaints

Location on a quiet street, yet close to everything. Plenty of room for guests. Kitchen appeared to be newly remodeled. Staff was quick to answer questions & remedy any problems. Home was clean & stocked with the essentials as listed in advertising. No bugs were found in home!

Some of the furniture was beginning to show its age & will no doubt need replaced soon. But it was comfortable & fine for a rental. Use & care booklet for microwave would have been helpful, it seemed to have several functions, & how to switch between functions would have been helpful. It worked fine as a microwave.

Location was good

Amenities weren’t what was posted. Only small pans for cooking, the light didn’t work in the laundry area, found a razor blade under the mattress while making the bed. A cable cord was hanging out of the wall. No access to the garage.

The house was big and location was good

Found 2 roaches, part of the house was very hot, blinds were broken… I had to wash the sheets because the house and everything smell old like it wasnt rented in a lo g time. Left the property 1 day before our checkout couldnt stay there anymore.

The price but I guess its so cheap because the place was so bad.

The place was very dirty, lights flickered or didn't work, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the bunk beds moved so much they didn't feel safe. The back sliding door did not lock and had duct tape all around the outside of it. There were cockroaches, sand in the bed. Don't think the sheets were changed.

Great location! Also it was clean and spacious.

The kitchen sink faucet was broken. Also the WIFI went out twice. It was restored very quickly once I sent out a text message.

It was a good location and close to a grocery store. It wasn't that far from the beach. It was nice for what we spent. The backyard had a grill and a nice patio table. The microwave also functioned as a conventional oven and the water/ice function on the fridge worked. The beds were comfortable and all of the rooms were as pictured.

There were a couple issues. Like some of the boards on the beds being broken and the towel rack wasn't secured well. The parking space can only fit two vehicles close together. They dont allow access to the garage. Other than that It was comfortable and served the purpose we booked it for.
