Il nostro gruppo ha soggiornato nella struttura per due notti, includendo la notte di Capodanno. La casa è molto grande e potenzialmente molto bella ma appare poco curata e non adeguatamente manutenuta. Abbiamo riscontrato polvere e presenza di cimici un po' ovunque. Il riscaldamento si è rivelato insufficiente: i termosifoni non potevano essere tenuti accesi durante il giorno e, anche quando funzionavano rimanevano tiepidi e la casa molto fredda nonostante l’uso di abbigliamento pesante. Solo dopo ripetute richieste la proprietaria ha accettato di lasciare il riscaldamento acceso anche durante il giorno ed ha finalmente alzato la temperatura dei termosifoni. Viaggiamo spesso con Booking e non abbiamo mai lasciato recensioni negative; in questo caso, considerato anche il costo del soggiorno (oltre 1350 euro), riteniamo che il servizio offerto non sia stato adeguato alle aspettative
