Royale ruimte, prima zwembad. Grote tv en wifi was goed.

Airco in de slaapkamers was defect (dit was vooraf doorgegeven en er waren ventilatoren). In de beschrijving staat dat er 3 badkamers met douche aanwezig zijn, maar er zijn slechts 2 badkamers en een toilet in de woning! Ook is het sanitair van de douche anders als op de foto’s. De douchekoppen waren verkalkt, er zat schimmel op de kitranden en in 1 van de badkamers was er lekkage. Bij de andere sloten de deuren niet goed. De keuken was goed voorzien van allerlei werkende apparatuur, servies en bestek, maar diverse frontjes van lades en deuren sloten niet goed/waren los. Dit verdient wel wat onderhoud. De buitendouche deed het niet. Wat jammer was, was dat er geen welkomstpakketje was, zoals een flesje water of wat thee/koffie. De beheerder was vriendelijk maar vrij zakelijk en gehaast. De locatie was op zich prima maar op de naastgelegen weg was er veel rumoerig verkeer.

La casa es grande y la ubicación está muy bien si quieres tranquilidad

Necesita una puesta a punto, revisión de la electricidad ya que continuamente saltaban los fusibles si ponían el aire acondicionado.
