Good location. Hostess was helpful with parking.

Says it accommodates 4 people, but wouldn’t recommend this. Not comfortable for 4 people. The hosts knew in advance there was 4 of us, but did not make up the bed. We had to do this ourselves on a fold out sofa. Cot provided was an additional cost, and it was broken. Rather than apologise, the host continually tried to argue with me, adamant that it wasn’t, and sent me messages which were clearly not intended for me. While they gave me my money back, was no need to be rude. Plumbing was an issue. Shower drain was blocked. This was quite disgusting, and we ended up having sponge baths. Stove and washing machine were broken. Hosts were aware of the washing machine damage, and while they offered us money for a laundromat, we should have been told before hand. We are travelling with a baby so this was quite frustrating.

We were greeted by Roberta at the appointed time and shown around the property which was ideally located in the centre of Ortigia. The property was on three floors with a fold out sofa bed and en suite toilet/bidet on the mezzanine and a queen bed and full en-suite on the top floor. The ground floor consisted of a galley kitchen and lounge area which was spacious enough and comfortable. The courtyard was nice too. Roberta was helpful and suggested some restaurants and places of interest. She kept in touch through WhatsApp which was great.We booked 5 nights there but 4 would have been ample. This was a comfortable stay overall.A washing machine was very handy too.

The shower was difficult to manage in terms of consistent flow and temperature but adequate. The narrow stairs may be difficult for some.

This was a beautiful three floor apartment accessed from the ground floor. It is conveniently located near Piazza Archimedes and major attractions on Ortiga Island of Siracusa but is situated in a quiet square.

Plumbing did not allow toilet paper to be flushed so this had to be placed in the bin...

The apartment is well taken care of in a renovate old house. The host is very responsive. The main sleeping room is probably the best part of the apartment and is quite spacious. The set-up is quaint, spread over three levels, but as everything is connected, best to book as a family.

Something that is not uncommon in old houses, is that the plumbing was not great. In the kitchen we never got hot water. The ground and middle floor are bright enough but do not have windows that offer any view. A heater on the ground floor in winter months would also have been appreciated.

The location was perfect. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and carefully decorated. Roberta is a great host who was always happy to help us with any recommendation or question. Totally recommended.

Our host Roberta was very kind waiting from us to arrive late from airport navigating us to find parking spot. Property was located on silent street in the heart of Ortigia, pedestrian, close to Diana Fountain and Archimedean Museum.

There are two sofas on the property but they are comfortable for one person each
