There was nothing not to like.

Catherine was a fantastic host. So accommodating with a later check in and checkout. North Shore Lodge was the perfect accommodation, great facilities and location. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

My husband and I stayed at this property over a long weekend, so we could celebrate his 50th birthday. The property is exceptional. It is large with a modern fitted kitchen and furnishings. It was spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need for your stay there. The whole apartment is bright and airy, with lots of natural light flooding in. The main living, kitchen and bedroom areas are large and have plenty of room to move around easily, even if you use a wheelchair or walker. The sofa is really large with plenty of pillows, which I like and can easily sit 4-5 people. The bed was big and very comfortable. There are also spare pillows and bedding in the bedroom cupboards if needed. The shower was easy to use and had a good water pressure. There is a lovely little courtyard garden which the main living area looks out onto, that is a real little sun trap. But for those of you who don’t love the sun like I do, parts of the courtyard are in the shade. Just inside there is a cupboard filled with all the items you would need for a beach day including buckets, spades, beach chairs, towels and more. My daughter and her husband brought our granbabies for one of the days of our stay, so we took full advantage of all the beach items and spend a lovely day making memories by the sea together. The location is amazing, it is set right between Skegness and Ingoldmells. The beach is literally a five minute walk away, however, there is also a small car park by the beach if you have any mobility issues. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which allows you to travel around all day for around £2 per person. There is off road parking for one car and plenty of room on the road directly in front of the property for extra vehicles if need be. This property is great value for money. I highly recommend staying here. I know I will be returning. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming and is there to help if you have any questions.

There was nothing not to like.

The property had so much there for the size of it and somehow still doesn’t look cluttered. Lovely touch with the extra bedding, beach accessories, towels etc. The host was such a wonderful lady and it was lovely getting to chat with her before and after the stay.

This is the second time we have stayed, it has everything you need it is like home from home. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and secure. Catherine is such a lovely host gives you a warm welcome when you arrive and nothing is too much trouble. The beach is within walking distance and shops are local.

Beautiful inside & out, Catherine is lovely and very welcoming and left little treats for the children which they really enjoyed. The toys for the beach are a bonus too! Highly recommend :)
