6 Berth Caravan The Grange Ingoldmells

Lovely host , was very fast at replying etc , the caravan was very easy to find unlike some.. we had everything we needed I took a heater as read a review regarding no heater or wasn't warm enough - but both bedrooms had heaters and the room so overall the caravan was spot on! My little boy loved the potable dvd player in bed 🤣 shower lovely and hot cant fault a thing! Well equipeded!

I couldn't really say as the caravan an location was spot on , maybe just wish there was a club house like some caravan parks ! Little lad would off loved friends on site if makes sence but the lady and caravan was amazing would go again!

Location was good and the property was lovley and the host is amazing

Only problem didnt like the Mattress was hard and more info in carvan to work the cooker

I do not recommend ! the owner thought we should figure out what we should do.. we didn't get any account numbers for the £150 deposit, when we arrived the owner reminded us that we had to pay the deposit, which wouldn't be a problem but the network has no coverage there, so we had to spend took a while to sort it out which was frustrating. We marked the options with a dog on booking.com, but we should inform the owner about it, even though there was no such information anywhere. I do not often use this type of rental and had no idea about it, so I used the application to facilitate and shorten the booking time to a minimum, but it there was a mistake, at the end of our stay we cleaned the whole caravan, that was only left to vacuum with a good vacuum cleaner, because the one available on site was very weak, then the owner charged our deposit for damages! 30f for deep cleaning, apparently there was hair on our dog on the sofa, the caravan was not well cleaned before our arrival but we didn't report it because we didn't want to spoil the holiday, another mistake ... be careful because you probably won't get the entire deposit back!

Everything! We had a lovely stay, the caravan had everything we needed and was really clean and comfortable. Our host was really friendly and helpful. 🙂
