Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôte est très serviable et nous a gentiment laissé de quoi petit déjeuner ainsi que de délicieuses pâtisseries. L’appartement est très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds, et il est facile de se garer dans la rue. Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci,

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due settimane ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ L’host Gianna è stata gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile: efficiente, accogliente e pronta a darci ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e quali spiagge visitare. Un gesto davvero generoso è stato l’anticipo del check-in, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. L’appartamento, seppur piccolo, è confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. È situato in una zona non ZTL, con parcheggio disponibile, molto comodo per chi arriva in auto. In pochi minuti a piedi (circa 10) si raggiunge il centro di Ortigia, cuore pulsante di Siracusa: un luogo ricco di storia, vicoli incantevoli, negozietti caratteristici e un porto suggestivo, perfetto per splendide passeggiate serali. La posizione è ideale anche come punto di partenza per visitare altre meravigliose località della Sicilia, come Noto, Marzamemi, Pachino, Taormina e Catania. La Sicilia ci ha regalato emozioni uniche e questo soggiorno ha contribuito a renderle ancora più speciali. Consigliatissimo!

Kousek k moři, kousek za jídlem a nákupy, kousek na Ortigia, kousek za památkami - skvělé umístění. Komunikativní majitelka. Pohodlný a dostatečně velký apartmán.

Dva dny nám trvalo doladění provozu - snídaně, chybějící plyn - ale pak vše klapalo dobře. Nebýt tohoto, dám 9 bodů.

The property was clean, easy to access and a very short walking distance to Ortigia

Nothing, it was perfect for us

I had a great stay at Gianna's! I was in town for a work conference, and it was a lovely apartment to come back to at the end of the day. The house is well-equipped and comfy, and a good location between the archaeological museum/site and Ortygia. Gianna is very kind and communicative, and provided everything (+ more) than I needed for breakfasts. She left me with fresh pastries upon arrival which were delightful. The bed was very comfy, with a warm comforter for the cooler weather. I would come back and stay again!

Nothing I can think of - all good!

We were driving and the owner had a carpark ready for us on arrival. It was 10 minutes walk to the old town in a more residential area and very quiet. She provided ample food in the fridge for breakfast as well as a cafe voucher. She even check the weather and road conditions for me as I couldn’t understand the Italian and we’d had a huge storm the night before and we had several hours driving.

It was great

Very comfortable bed, decorated with exquisite taste, modern bathroom. Kitchen well equipped though we never cooked. Quiet and central! The host Gianna provided good tips for boat trip, restaurants especially SiKè ( no tourist traps) Unforgettable boat outing with La sirena del Plemminio

Everything exceeded our expectations. Gianna is an incredible host. She goes above and beyond in every respect. The house is immaculate, quiet and very comfortable.
