It is often that I may choose a stay that has wonderful pictures with an acceptable standard only to find something of inferior quality. Not here, Il Capriccio di Silvia shows nice fotos but what we encountered went above and beyond expectations

The owner, the house, the location

Many mosquitoes in the neighborhood

Location was convenient with private parking

Some cold drinks in the fridge would have been appreciated

This property is the ground floor apartment with easy access from the driveway. The grounds are available for clients to use and include shade and loungers. The apartment has been freshly decorated and is very appealing. from the property , the lakeside is a 2 minute walk which brings you to an excellent cafe/restaurant. The property is siutated on a private road with good parking arrangements shared with the first floor apartment(1st on the left as you enter the gated road). A what's app exchange gives you the code for the box to access the keys; Contact the owner in good time. we benefitted from the help of the occupent of the first floor apartment. A very comfortable and well equipped rental for 3 or 4 people;

This is as good a property as we have stayed in and is therefore difficult to find any weaknesses. The construction of the house should have provided better insulation between the floors
