The Barton Annexe

We loved the location as there were so many interesting places to visit like Wells Cathedral, lots of National Trust properties and the Haynes Motor Museum which was excellent. Couldn't fault the hosts who were so accommodating and friendly-thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The annexe was very spacious and had a very well appointed kitchen which I needed-so easy to cook in. Plenty of space to relax. Highly recommended.

We were met by the host, Jan who was very welcoming and pleasant as was her husband, Paul and the dog, Sammy who we met later. The accommodation is perfect, well furnished and equipped, very clean, quiet neighborhood, easy parking and in a great location for exploring the delights of Somerset and surrounds. We just loved everything about it so would certainly recommend it. We self cater so cannot comment about the local pubs but we are sure they can also be recommended.

Beautiful and clean. Jan had gone above and beyond with little touches such as milk, flowers everywhere and fresh fruit. She was welcoming and they were both on hand to chat and check in with.

Lovely, purpose built accommodation, very friendly owners. Great location and I loved all the little touches such as flowers and fruit etc.

We were given a lovely warm welcome including a run through of the facilities and some lovely treats. Everything you could think of was supplied and the place was beautiful. We will definitely return.
