Cottage near Cedar Point and downtown Sandusky

Hot tub. Pet friendly. Very kind and responsive host. Fire pit. Comfy beds and bedding and lots of extras provided to make your stay more enjoyable.

Perfect for our needs. We sailed in a regatta out of Sandusky Sailing Club so we could bike back and forth.

Could use some dish towels

Less than 10 mins from cedar point and from the shops/restaurants. Comfy and room for the whole family.

Was very close to Cedar Point, restaurants and grocery store…..owner did permit early entry due to heat…..

Was not very clean….dusty, cobwebs with bugs in the corners and ceiling…….ceiling fans were not all functional and dirty…..linen on beds in the enclosed front porch (of note this was listed as a bedroom which it surely is not) were dirty and we had to wash prior to use…..we had to put the window air conditioner back into the window (verified it was ok to do with owner) as it had been removed……bunk beds were not safe for use with college age children and ended up having to have someone sleep on the couch which was not the couch in the listing pictures…..

Just the location

The guest bedroom was not cleaned and the bed was not made, dirty linens all over the floor. All the kitchen appliances were dirty. The wifi didn’t work. The washer dryer tripped. While the hosts initially did their best to help in these situations, they promised us a refund of the cleaning fee. After check out I got their message about this refusal, I have attached all the photos and their cleaner and they have no proof. How convenient. It’s a very old property with everything creaking. I spent two days out of four just communicating with the hosts about many problems. Seven years of staying in bnbs and this was the worst experience

Location was great

Had a hiccup with the cleaning staff but owners were quick to respond and work with us.
