Stunning setting overlooking the sea on Staithes Harbour. Large table for meals and chatting with a few tunes after the pub. Comfy, great kitchen for cooking breakfast

The location of the property was perfect right on the front with amazing views would definitely come back to this property

Inside is starting to look a little tired and could do with some redecoration. There needs to be some kind of flag about the fourth bedroom in the loft our 8yr old was fine but I wouldn’t want any younger children up there the access is essentially a carpeted loft ladder and there’s no rail at the top so potential to fall right down

Space for a family of 6

No parking permit as promised, we had to pay £40 for 2 cars for 2 nights in a private car park. Initial blurb on the website was very deceptive

Parking is a long uphill walk

Location. It was booked for my 40th wedding anniversary. There was a bottle of wine left for us. Thanks so much

I didn’t like the steep stairs at first but I soon got used to them x

Property in perfect location and beautifully decorated

Poorly maintained and not very clean.

Splendid place to stay; large comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect for a weekend with extended family or friends. Cottage faces on to the sea and is idyllic when the sun shines. Lots of great walks and the beach and rock pools form a perfect habitat for children.

We loved everything but would advise that parking is at the top of a hill (10 minutes for me and I'm 72). Also advise to book any extra parking at Glen Vale (not quite as far up the hill).
