Crescent Beach 1011 #1

The location was great. Close to the beach and close enough to restaurants, but also far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The pool was warm and had plenty of outside seating. It was not overcrowded either. The parking was great. They had everything needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. There were two cots provided if needed, but we didn't need them. Everything inside seemed to be newer and clean.

The shower needs a door or curtain of some kind on it. The bathroom floor gets extremely wet due to this. We had to place towels in front of the shower to help contain the water. The place could use a couple rugs by the two doors just to help contain sand and dirt from shoes. The main door does need the lower seal replaced. I think this caused a lizard to get in. Thankfully he got closed in the bathroom door and we could get him out easily. Unfortunately, we did have a person smoking marijuana by our entrance which in turn made our place smell. I messaged the host who graciously took care of it right away. They did stop smoking right by our door but move to the front or other side. We could still smell it around, but not inside any longer.

There’s a list that we got a five minute walk-through if that ! do not like the fact that your pool in the back is not screened in with that huge palm tree that drops tons of leaves and a little insects & things into the pool and onto the tables outside also birds crapping everywhere no light for the pool ??!we weren’t told where it was figured it out like ,the last night we were there? It needs a new bed it was awful. The mattress is so sunken in the middle that I was on top of my husband if it was a queen ? you need to get a bigger bed and those rollaway beds were not put on as a bed online they are for toddlers it said a pull out couch that was disappointing :( Didn’t have a shower door on the shower in the bathroom. My husband is a glazier the water, it went everywhere. The water flooded the whole entire bathroom. I had to cover the sink the mirror. It will come out the corner and needs to be caulked. I’ve never seen such a poorly designed shower .The refrigerator had a leak in It , it started really bad at the end of my stay. It was cold but all I did was sop up water the whole time on my vacation and got a neck ache from the bed the dishwasher didn’t work properly where the heat mechanism did not dry. The dishes at needs to be looked at to. It really needs a whole remodeling job over there and I never stay here again. the people that were upstairs In-N-Out that you constantly rented too walked around like they were elephants at 12 one 2 o’clock in the morning it was awful ! we had an entire fence underneath the carport enclosure very dangerous very invasive to where it took up so much space and room couldn’t even put the garbage cans anywhere and it smelled. Nobody came to pick them up.  the dishwasher didn’t work properly where the heat mechanism did not dry. The dishes at needs to be looked at to. It really needs a whole remodeling job over there and I don’t think I will stay there again.

Close to beach..quiet location..comfy cozy room..

Very close to the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Apartment was comfortable and cozy.

The shower needs a door or curtain, water runs out onto the floor, the gas grill only worked on one burner, ceiling fan makes a lot of noise in the bedroom along with the headboard needing fixed (loose). The light does not work, walking through the carport at night to the laundry room. The toaster only toasts bread on one side. :( just things need tweaked a little. Other than that the place was awesome. :)
