Marilena (the host) is very nice, the location beautiful, big outside area, overall very clean (except some dust at places), the place is quiet and there is no neighbors so you don't need to worry about disturbing them. About 5 minutes drive from Cascate del mullino. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Some dust at some places, WIFI and mobile reception is terrible (working, but barely). The grocery shops nearby are very small so you need to drive 20 minutes to get to a bigger one.
