Seongsan Star Pension

The host came down to greet us even though we arrived late at 930pm. She is unable to speak English, but google translate did everything.

Great customer service, beautiful, comfortable spacious rooms, great aircon, excellent location.

centrally located near food and convenience stores.walking distance to the Lichiboseng Mt.Peak. Well equipped kitchen with stove and fridge.

I have to assume that Jeju is a very safe place.The main door to the pension is not locked at night.Anybody is able to access the guest room areas as there is no reception on duty at night. This is the same scenario for the other 3 pensions which we stayed at during our trip.

It’s very near seongsan ilchubong. If you are planning your catch the sunrise there location is super good. There are also convenience stores around the place.

There’s no air con in the living room, but I feel it’s sufficient that there’s one in the room. There’s a commercial ac in the room so it’s super efficient and cooling.

The kindness of the owner (always helpful and nice), the real feel of Jeju. Location is amazing, close to the Hanyeos, two minutes away from Seongsan Ilchulbong, lots of restaurants and minutes away from a nice beach. Tourists come and leave, so before 9 am and by 6 pm you end up with the locals and that a very nice feel. The apartment is nice, very clean and spacious enough.

It takes a while to the airport so be prepared (1h30), but that is the price to pay for being away from tourists

Great location. Lots of room for our family of 4, with 2 adult children (18 and 19). We're not used to the futon, but kids slept fine in them. There was a washer in our unit, which was great, even though we only stayed for one night.

It was very close to Sunrise peak, that's the only good thing

No proper beds for all rooms as foldable mattress was given instead so we didn't get a very comfortable sleep. Toilet was very small as it included shower area as well that was very close to the toilet bowl

The location was great and size was excellent

No clear English instructions re procedures eg how to turn on the hot water boiler. Bed was hard. Hand towels only for showering. We acquired 1x full sized towel after asking- not 2 Poor English communication. Use of translation app would have helped

The place is very near seongsan peak. And cafe. Nice view .
