The Cottage

The cottage was in a peaceful rural location. It had all the facilities we needed inside the property. It was beautifully presented and cosy and the host was kind to provide tea, coffee milk and some extra treats. Our dog was also welcome to stay

The back garden isn't fully secure as our dog was able to get through the trees into the next garden. There is only a village store locally so recommend cooking at home. We booked into a pub for food about 6 miles away.

We were in the area for a wedding and the cottage provided us with a perfect base. The cottage is charming and cosy with everything you need. The local village is quaint with a handy shop for essentials. We only wish we were there longer. If we are in the area again we will certainly be back.

Beautiful cottage, very clean, good communication from the owner, lovely touch to arrive to a pint of milk, biscuits etc

Cottage was cosy and very clean.

Everything was great. Only slight downside was the Wi-Fi - very weak signal but not a huge problem for us.

Had everything we needed. Nice walk around village. Comfy beds. Good WIFI.

Garden was overgrown and hanging over path, got wet brushing past them. BBQ hadn’t been cleaned after previous users .
