Sehr praktisch eingerichtet und geschmackvoll

Man hat leider keine Sicht auf irgendetwas und das ist schade. Dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig und relativ kühl trotz hoher Temperaturen

Ottima posizione vicino al parcheggio e al centro. Zero rumori. Appartamento confortevole, nuovo e ben organizzato. Eravamo in 3 e anche il divano letto era molto comodo. Abbiamo trovato acqua e anche il caffè per la colazione. Titolare gentilissimo. Consigliato.

In alcuni momenti c’era poca acqua… ma in un isola può succedere.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment in prima Lage. Anmeldung für die Einfahrt zur ZTL, Fahrräder!

Dass ich keinen Menschen zu Gesicht bekam und deshalb Fotokopien unserer Ausweise per Mail senden musste - eigentlich unzumutbar, weltweit raten die Behörden von so etwas ab. War auch das einzige Mal auf unserer dreiwöchigen Sizilienreise.

"Great place"

The apartment was exactly what I was looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was great, with easy access to nearby sights and local spots. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the charm of the space—it felt very Sicilian. I’d happily stay here again on a future trip.

"Exceptional"

An amazing house right in the center of Ortigia - the historic heart of Siracusa. The place is spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you might need. The inner terrace shared with 3 other appartments is cosy and nice for your morning coffee. The location is 10/10 and at the same time silent and calm, no disturbing street noises. The host is always available via WhatsApp and replies immediately. Highly recommended! Thank you, Andrea!

The mattress is too soft, but I guess it's a personal preference.

Firstly, The property is very very clean. Comfortable bathroom and bed. A very well organised and ready to assist host. The property has a lovely open space living and kitchen with flat screen television should you wish to stay in.

"Would definitely stay here again"

We liked everything about the place. Good location, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Easy self check-in with detailed information send in advance. The host was also available on whatsapp during the whole stay whenever we had any questions and always replied very quickly.
