House in the pines

Gospodarz był bardzo sympatyczny, gościnny i pomocny. Mod samego początku byliśmy ugoszczeni, dostaliśmy dużo wskazówek odnośnie okolicy i plaż, które warto odwiedzić. Droga jest dość skomplikowana, ale dzięki pomocy gospodarza, który po nas wyjechał, trafiliśmy bez problemu. Zejście na miasto jest bardzo blisko. Byliśmy zachwyceni miejscem, gościnnością i jacuzzi, z którego można obejrzeć piękny zachód słońca. Szczerze polecam, wszystko w obiekcie jest przemyślane, łączni z tym, że można zamówić wszystko do pokoju. Bardzo polecam, miejsce warte zobaczenia! Na boku od głośnego miasta, widok piękny, gospodarze wspaniali no i piesek, którego pokochaliśmy od początku pobytu! Zdecydowanie udany czas :)

Nie było rzeczy, która nam się nie podobała

Domek mieści się w świetnej i spokojnej okolicy z pięknym widokiem, blisko stacji kolejowej i plaży. Jest bardzo dobrze umeblowany i zaopatrzony w sam raz dla 4 osób. Fantastyczny gospodarz Dymitr przyjął nas razem ze swoją żoną, mamą i synem. Opowiedzieli nam o Czarnogórze, udzielili wielu cennych wskazówek i byli niezwykle pomocni podczas naszego pobytu. Cały pobyt umilał nam jeszcze jeden członek rodziny-Kuzya!

Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und versuchen den Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie nur möglich zu gestalten.

Die Beschreibung des Objekts entsprach leider nicht ganz wie beschrieben . Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden . Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Einzelbetten .Für Pärchen oder Ehepaare etwas unangebracht . Es wäre sehr angebracht wenigstens ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Ehebett auszustatten . Leider ist Privatsphäre kaum vorhanden . Das kleine Grundstück lässt es nicht zu das man sich zurück ziehen kann .

Dom bardzo wygodny dla rodziny z dziećmi. Usytuowany w przepięknym miejscu, wspaniały widok z tarasu na całą okolicę. Z dala od wieczornego zgiełku w nadmorskich kafejkach. Dom wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne - ręczniki zmieniane przez właściciela w trakcie pobytu, klimatyzacja, kuchnia z niezbędnymi akcesoriami, dostęp do pralki, szybki internet. Właściciele sympatyczni, pomocni ale nie narzucający się. Poczęstowali upieczonymi przez siebie pysznymi pierożkami, smacznym serem i oliwkami. Umożliwili nam dostęp do prywatnego basenu przy domu oraz do ich prywatnej sauny. Oferowali grilla. Wskazali miejsca w okolicy godne zobaczenia. Pomimo że dom usytuowany jest na działce obok domu właściciela to i tak mieliśmy poczucie intymności i swobody. Jesteśmy bardzo bardzo zadowoleni. Bardzo dziękujemy właścicielom bo potrafią zadbać o gości. Jedyna uciążliwość to ciężki dojazd autem na górę do posesji -ale to było zawarte w ofercie więc nie można narzekać. Na początku trudno było znaleźć z mapą google drogę dojazdową ale właściciel był cały czas w kontakcie z nami i w ciągu 5 minut podjechał na miejsce gdzie czekaliśmy i nas poprowadził do domu. Przed przyjazdem też kontaktował się z nami i podsyłał informacje dotyczące dojazdu - warto je wziąć pod uwagę, oraz udzielał wszelkich odpowiedzi. Wystarczy raz dojechać do domu a potem kolejne dojazdy są już oswojone.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location is just perfect, nestled in a pine forest with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The air is incredible, filled with the scent of pine and the sound of cicadas. You can hardly hear any noise from the promenade below, so I finally managed to get a good night’s sleep and truly relax. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but keep in mind that the house sits on a hill, so you’ll get a little cardio workout on the way back and burn off that pljeskavica! The house itself is perfectly equipped with care and love, everything you might need is there. The furniture is good quality, the bed linen is excellent. There’s a pool you can use, and for a small extra fee, you can enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna too. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the hosts! They live in a house next door on the same property, so it really feels like you’re visiting family. Dmitry even met us at the train station. He knew it was my husband’s birthday, so when we arrived there was a birthday banner and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. We were also treated to homemade syrniki with fresh cottage cheese. I can’t forget to mention Kuzya, their sweet and well-mannered dog — such a good boy! We brought our own stubborn dog along, but the hosts were so patient and understanding with her. For various reasons, I can’t gather my own family all together like this, so it was especially heartwarming to feel, even for a little while, the warmth of a family around me. These are truly kind and intelligent people with a wonderful sense of humor. I’m so grateful for this experience, it felt like home away from home.

The owner was nice, he came up for us to help us find the place, and also prepared us dinner as it was Sunday. Place were clean with nice view. Kitchen was enough equipped to be able to prepare some food so you should be more or less good there.

Maybe I missed that in description or maybe it was not there but if you are coming with a car you need to prepare yourself for tight roads that are two directions but only one car fit. When the weather is bad it can be annoying. Also I rented 2 bedroom to be able to use two bedrooms but we had prepared a beds in the same room. I could switch of course and make myself bed in second room but it was cold and remote for air conditioning in the second room did not work so room was too cold to sleep there. Second day there were issues with the WiFi and it ends that we were not able to use the internet. Toilet was cold even with heating lamp turned on. So I would say it’s not the best place when weather is bad. It will be perfect though for the summer. Of course I could go to host and tell him about this or that but I’m not renting something to go every day with different problem I have. I’m renting something to have it working as expected. :)
