Located very central in a small street. The apartment is relatively spacious.

Communication with the staff was not easy and kinda slow. One day we didn't have hot water. Damp smell in the apartment.

Location and communication was easy. Easy access. Spacious Extra delivered breakfast was a nice touch

It was very damp with spa in bedroom and lack of opening windows. Dryer was not very effective and the lounge area dark and not enough seating. Needs more light and fresh air.

Ottima posizione e staff gentilissimo. La casa è bella e abbastanza spaziosa per 4 o 5 persone. Hanno risposto tempestivamente alle nostre esigenze (preparando subito il terzo letto matrimoniale e dandoci assistenza quando lo scaldabagno ha smesso di funzionare e siamo rimasti senz'acqua). È arredato con cura e i letti sono comodi.

È un piano terra con parti anche al di sotto del livello terra, con conseguente umidità e cattivo odore nel bagno (soprattutto della prima stanza, quella con la vasca idromassaggio). La struttura non era pulitissima, il piano cottura era sporco di olio e il pavimento non era pulito bene. Il costo, alla fine dei conti, ci è sembrato sproporzionato per l'offerta.

Wonderful location in a quiet side street but just yards away from the sea. Apartment had many great features, including a washer/dryer, a study/work room, and a comfortable and quiet bedroom. We had some maintenance issues when we first arrived, but our host was very responsive (even on a festival evening!) and dealt with them promptly while arranging for a dinner for us. Excellent communication and extraordinarily helpful!

There’s a great kitchen, but it’s missing some basics for self-catering. No wine glasses, no olive oil or salt and pepper, and no detergent for the dishwasher, among other things. We went out and bought supplies, but it would’ve been easier if they were provided. I think it will be easy for the manager to fix this, however. :)

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, spazi generosi e ben separati per avere anche privacy tra i diversi ospiti delle camere. Cordialità e ampia disponibilità del gestore. L'appartamento si trova in un vicolo non facile da raggiungere in auto ma si arriva nei pressi e nonostante la ZTL il gestore aiuta ad autorizzare l'auto agli accessi necessari. Diverse opzioni a pagamento poi per il parcheggio in zona o fuori Ortigia.

Complice un po' di maltempo ed un guasto all'acquedotto comunale abbiamo avuto qualche intoppo con l'erogazione dell'acqua ma il gestore ci ha aiutato e ha confermato che finito il periodo di vacanza avrebbe fatto una manutenzione straordinaria per evitare ulteriori problemi futuri.

Location is perfect, clean and elegant apartment. Great jacuzzi. Helpful staff. Fair price for value provided.

Water is high in limescale, not drinkable. Absence of proper living room, no daylight (has a bit of underground feel, especially during current outside renovations), marble flooring is pretty cold off-season. Not especially children (<3yo) friendly, there are level changes.

Location is great, super Cala close by (snorkeling is a treat there) and around the corner some of the best restaurants we experienced on our sicily trip. The staff (thank you Valeria!) is very responsive and the first morning even left a breakfast treat outside the flat. The Flat is beautifully decorated, very large, clean and offers super-comfortable beds, great showers (with really good shower products) and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved it here and will be back!
