Das Oberlicht im Bad müsste repariert bzw. gesäubert werden (Schimmel). Insgesamt müssten die Wände gestrichen und eine Grundreinigung vorgenommen werden. Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnbereich ist vollkommen durchgelegen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Claudia empfangen. Der Check in war unkompliziert. Der Blick vom Balkon war einmalig schön. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön gelegen. Großer Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.

Es war alles super.

Next door to a big supermarket, reasonably quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket had charging point for our electric car rental. Scenic walk to Sirmione. Great views from apartment, nice private property with pool. Comfortable beds and everything you needed for a comfortable stay with children. Lovely host helped us through check-in and was easy to deal with. Very enjoyable stay and great base for many things. We ran out of time but want to come back to explore!

Has a smell when doors are shut but it soon dissapears when the doors are left open for a little while. Needed to use a key to open the gate, would have been better if we had a button to push to open the gate while in the car.

Amazing lake view. Fully equipped and comfortable. Supermarket and bus stop in front of the apartment. The lady who helped our check-in and check-out was very kind and friendly.

Water from the shower leaks through the gaps of the unit and makes the bathroom wet.

Location was very nice.

Neighbours and general atmosphere in the complex. Kids were not allowed to play with ball in the garden nor in the swimming pool. Other appartament tenants were very unfriedly, to annoying level. Appartaments are owned by older people that are not pleased to see playing children. Attention: you need to wear swimming cap in swimming pool/ although this is not respected by everyone. Cleaningness of the appartment was terrible. Everywhere on the walls you can see 'deathmarks' of moskitos, extraction in the kitchen was so dirty. Overall dust. Some fungus in the showertub. Beds are wornout and dirty. Appartment needs more care and attention. Wifi password didn't work. Definitelly too expensive for what it was. On top of that we requested invoice for the stay and it was not possible.

Fantastic views through huge panoramic windows in both living room and bedroom. Great location with excellent supermarket across the road, and easy access to lots of wonderful towns nearby. The lady who met us upon both arrival and departure was very friendly, helpful and punctual. We found the flat very comfortable and relaxing.
