Nice clean space in a great location.

Upstairs bathroom had a bit of an odor and the upper loft portion could be a bit warm.

The photos don't do it justice, in reality the location is much more spectacular, the design of the space is absolutely brilliant, even if they didn't use exclusively luxury materials. The vibe is special, the whole location gives you a permanent state of well-being. Fully equipped with everything you need, good wifi, smart tv. The location is central, a few minutes walk from everything, in the middle of Ortigia. Very nice and communicative host, provides all the useful information. If you arrive by car, very spacious Talete parking, 15 e/day, 10 min walk from the location.

lack of privacy in the bedroom due to the transparent panel above, a blind controlled from below can be easily installed...personally, I would add windows in the roof for exceptional lighting, if technically possible...the entrance from the street does not rise to the height of the apartment, but I suppose it is a common space and cannot be improved aesthetically much.
