WM Apartments

The property was absolutely fantastic exceeding all our expectations. The hosts were marvelous providing all information to get into the property, a personal note was left for us providing various items for breakfast and a cake for us on arrival. They communicated during the stay to ensure we were comfortable and also wished us a safe journey home.

Couldn't find any fault with the property except for the door to the on suite bathroom requires a bit of attention to close easily.

The house was so lovely, clean and comfortable, and well located for an easy bus or taxi ride into the city centre. May was great at responding to our questions and needs and the welcome hamper was so generous and thoughtful! Thank you May - I'd happily stay again!

The third bedroom could do with a couple of hooks on the back of the door for hanging towels/clothes! 😊

Das WM Apartment war nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Wir waren 6 Personen. Das Appartment ist mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern genau richtig hierfür. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist ausreichend Geschirr da. Das Wohnzimmer ist so groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, einfach passend nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Edinburgh. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten am Haus mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, die bei schönen Wetter zum draußen sitzen einladen. Fußläufig ist auch ein CO OP für kleinere Einkäufe erreichbar (ca. 800m). Mit dem Auto ist z.B. Lidl gut erreichbar. May und James waren tolle Gastgeber, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Empfehlen würde ich, das Auto stehen zu lassen und die öffentlichen Busse in die Altstadt oder zu den Touristenattraktionen nehmen. Es sind gerade mal 5min Fußweg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle.

Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité exceptionnelles. L'appartemment est grandiose ! Tout est magnifique : le mobilier, le jardin, la décoration. Et confortable : je vous conseille les fauteuils devant la fenêtre du salon, si vous prenez le temps d'observer, vous verrez passer des écureuils <3. Des équipements utiles partout, même des livres et de jeux, et deux emplacements pour voiture, ce qui est très utile dans une ville où tous les parkings sont payants. L'hôtesse prend soin de vous : petit panier pour le premier petit--déjeuner, des fleurs fraîches... Il y a Earl Grange café au coin de la rue qui fait d'excellents breakfast. Des bus pour vous emmener en ville ou à Portobello Beach. Les nuits sont calmes et reposantes. Bref, un séjour incroyable pour nous !

Comprendre le système de fonctionnement des chauffages et des chauffe-serviettes est toujours un challenge pour nous :-p

Super nemt og dejligt med en lille velkomst pakke i form af madvarer og blomst som velkomst.

Man kunne have sørget for flere tabs til opvaskemaskine. F.eks en til hver dag

The apartment was well located with easy travel into the city centre. There was a welcome pack with fresh food supplied for breakfast. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

There was a slight mix up with the bedding but it was quickly sorted out by the host

הבית מאובזר מעל ומעבר לכל הנדרש לשהייה באופן יוצא דופן. עיצוב הבית מהמם ברמה גבוהה מאד ונקיה, עם גינה כפרית . המארחת דאגה לנו למצרכים בסיסיים של אוכל ואף הכינה עוגה ביתית וריבה כולל זר פרחים ( אמיתי). למגיעים עם ילדים יש פלייסטיישן. הדירה הכי שווה !!!

Very clear instructions on arriving including a photo of the gate to the property. The rooms were as shown on the site but are so spacious compared to hotels room. Very grand. There was an extensive welcome package of food and drinks. The kitchen also had a coffee pod machine. The bathrooms were large and beautifully tiled. The showers worked very well and there was instant hot water. The lounge had 3 large sofas but we found them a little low for our old knees! We mostly sat round the kitchen table. The garden has tables and chair which we enjoyed sitting the sun.

West Mayfield is a Brit further out from the city centre than we like but is well served by buses. We used taxis mostly due to walking disability.
