"Deceptively big cottage for a cosy January birthday"

The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked (I usually expect the bare minimum in rental kitchens) with plenty of different pans/utensils etc and we loved the big kitchen table that let us all sit together for food and boardgames. We really appreciated the blackboard of local recommendations as well. The log burner kept us all toasty during our January stay and the bedrooms were all so spacious with comfy beds. The whole house is a bit of a tardis and comfortably kept 10 adults and 2 dogs happy over a long weekend!

Very quaint, cosy and comfortable. Beautifully renovated, in keeping with tradition, but with all mod-cons. Plenty of space for groups and families.

"Lockeys on Holiday Staithes edition."

A deceptively large house in the beautiful village of Staithes. Facilities were great, cooker is huge which works well for a large.group. Additional drinks fridge was handy. Location down near the sea and centre ideal.

"Small Quirky cottage suitable for a family or friends and your furry ones too."

Lovely little cottage in a lovely little place The property is quirky and has character it also has everything you need - apart from a washing machine. It was just a great place to be, and the dogs really loved it.

The only thing we didn't like was there was no washing machine - so kids' clothes that got dirty we were unable to wash.
