Meadow House

Beautiful property in quiet location with easy access to town centre. We were there to see Shakespeare at Tolethorpe and the house was ideally located.

Location excellent with lovely view Comfortable beds, good showers, very clean Well equipped kitchen Provision of bbq Generous check in/out arrangements

Lighter duvets would be good when weather is warm The deck step near the bbq needs to be made more visible as we tripped on it a couple of times.

Great property right in the town with a dining area and balcony that had tree top and roof top views right across Stamford to Burghley House. Two bedrooms upstairs with Jack and Jill bathroom and second shower room downstairs. Well appointed kitchen. Garden with bbq and table/chairs/bench at lower level. There was a garage - our cars were too big to fit in but we were allowed to park at sister property a short walk away which was perfect.

Very heavy duvet for summer months (especially as stayed in a heatwave) (there were fans provided). A few bits of cleaning not perfect (but overall good).

Great place in a prime location. Host was very helpful and the house is spotlessly clean. Great value for money

Location was fabulous, property layout great. Beds very comfortable and clean , kitchen basic but fine and nice crockery etc, would have been nice to have a coffee machine. Clean but in need of a deep clean as a few dead insects cobwebs etc- lime scale but certainly not dirty

The garden furniture and balcony area really needed a bit of attention / clean / cushions to make it comfortable.

Good lay out

Double bed uncomfortable! Only one parking space at the property. Not enough information with regard to recycling. Feel it would benefit from more information about the area.

The house is spacious , bright and airy as well as being well furnished. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed. The house is very well equipped.

It was difficult to seat 4 people around the table in the decked area outside.
