Great location for attending a wedding at Priston Mill. Clean and spacious property, it’s a big cosy home. The hosts communication was very good,l. Exceptional value for money.

Easy to find. Close to pub, fish & chip shop and Spar. Spacious accommodation. Host lives nearby and was helpful.

Located on a busy main road with a lot of traffic noise

Perfect location

Lovely little place in a great location. Very clean and tidy with the tea/coffee etc provided. The owner Paul was very attentive and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

There was only one roll of toilet paper provided when we arrived and the heating was set to turn down overnight (there was a cold snap the weekend we stayed), but when I asked the owner he promptly came round with some paper and changed the settings. The pillows on the beds were quite large and firm, so we ended up removing them and sleeping with the small cushions, but still slept very comfortably. Some may like the firm cushions, but they just didn't suit us.

Spacious and warm, kitchen well equipped, showers excellent, comfortable beds and good location for Bath, Bristol, Wells and Bradford on Avon

Minor things really: a few cobwebs round the lights, be aware there is trafic noise from the main road.

Comfortable, well appointed and maintained, plenty of room and excellent value. Paul and Cat were excellent hosts.

The only slight negative was some of the road noise but it wasn’t a huge issue!
