Location was great for what we wanted to do. House was clean and cozy.

The neighbors had roosters which woke us up before sunrise each day. Texted the management team but didn’t hear back, but they answered emails promptly. There were some common areas which could be really nice with a little extra effort, but volleyball court and outdoor game pavilion were messy and in need of repairs. The shared dock is in need of a few repairs as well, although the water is beautiful! No dishwasher in kitchen which wasn’t a big deal but would have made washing dishes a bit easier.
