Well appointed, nice and warm and spacious. A lovely enclosed garden which was great for the dogs. A lovely basket of goodies was a nice surprise with bread, teacakes, eggs, milk and butter and jam in the fridge. Would highly recommend this property. The host text to check everything was OK and gave us their phone number in case we needed anything. There were two parking spaces allocated for the property. Also a special mention for the bathroom with a lovely freestanding bath and large shower. Altogether a great place to stay, thank you! P .S. the photos don't do it justice.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We were going to a wedding at the Old Kent Barn just round the corner and we couldn’t have stayed any closer! The property was clean, spacious and cosy! It felt like a home away from home. Parking was great and the host was very contactable if needed. I also left an item at the property and he found and posted it straight away, which was very kind. I would recommend and stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Warm, comfortable, great location, easy to find, safe enclosed garden for dogs

The road is very busy, so traffic noise is a little bit disruptive

Really easy to get to the property, had it's own parking and side entrance. Really good size. We had a great time making dinner and then playing games either with our switch we brought with us or on the dining table. Great check in / check out times. Great value for money!

The TV in the spare room wasn't working but this wasn't a big deal.

Alex was a great host, he really tailored the stay to us and nothing was too much, the property is really lovely with everything you would want and need. We will definitely be returning. Thank you 😊
