It is a really good location for visiting the sea shore and Canterbury.

1. the hot water supply in the accommodation. Unfortunately, after the first person from my family used it, there was no hot water left for the remaining three members, depriving them of the opportunity to shower comfortably. 2. The cleanliness of the kitchen is far from my expectations. 3. The bedding supplies are not comfortable

It was great, lots, of space, comfy and large L shaped sofa, cosy throws. Great bathroom and bedrooms. Good, well equipped kitchen. We expected it to be smaller than it was so it was amazing and the fact the staircase is a proper staircase (makes sense once you see the size of the place) was easy to navigate for dogs and people alike. Alex was very friendly, a nice guy. He didn't intrude we just met him the morning we were leaving, whilst packing the car. The Black Horse pub was excellent and VERY dog friendly.

The washing up in the kitchen wasn't great. Not sure if they have a cleaning service between guests or trust the guests to do a proper job but it doesn't work. Oven trays were greasy and either not washed or not well washed (we left one as we found it so perhaps it would be noticed). Not sure the tumble dryer works, no matter what buttons we pressed everything remained cold and wet, so a drying rack would have been useful. If it doesn't work I'd suggest a washer dryer would be better as it would take up less space and allow for a dishwasher thus avoiding the problem of badly washed up plates, cutlery ect.
