Very good location. One of the two double beds were comfortable

The cleaning staff has to change immediately. The management should take a more serious approach on their job. By the time we arrived, i had to call to take the code for the key. They forgot about our arrival. The sink was extremely small and clogged. The beds were dusty and we were coughing in our sleep. The apartment need a serious renovation as it’s not our first trip to Malta and all the buildings are old but on the inside are renovated. This one is neglected.

Fantastic location in a marvellous townhouse with a great authentic vibe. Loved the tower and roof garden despite the many steps.

It would have been good to have heating in main room. Did get a little drafty. These are minor comments for constructive feedback.

The cockroaches in the kitchen. The shower on the second floor was so badly located and organized that I ended up sliping down the stairs once and fractured my rib that ruined the whole trip

Location: perfect and a 5 minute walk to Valletta center. There is a steep hill to walk but this is like the whole city but its fantastically located and easy to find with a Spar and many cafes only a few minutes walk. Check-in: the property owner sent the code for the lock containing the key. very easy and smooth to enter the property. Host: easy to reach and responds fast to messages. The Townhouse: The townhouse consists of 2 main floors. when you enter you are met with the first bed room with its own en-suite. the en-suite has a washing machine and what I assume is a storage area. walk up the stairs and you are met with a sing toilet and then up again to another bedroom with a small balcony and a shower. you also have the open plan kitchen and living room area. There is a TV with a digital box connected with various channels with english and italian choices and free WiFi. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to make meals and clean up. To get to the rooftop there is 62 stairs with a random storage area half way up filled with random bits. The rooftop views are lush and it has a table and chairs to sit and have breakfast. The property was clean and wasn't cold. There is a fan supplied as well as blankets. Summary: perfect location to everything in Valletta and plenty of space in such a huge traditional townhouse. If you don't mind staying somewhere that is a little rundown but has everything you need in a central location, this is your spot!

The property would be so much nicer if it was looked after. The downstairs bathroom smells of damp. Where the washing machine is needs tidying - there is just a lot of stuff dumped there. The single toilet sink is slow to drain so most likely blocked. The kitchen tap is quite loose. The bed isn't comfortable and for me the bedding was not clean. The shower in the upstairs bedroom also smell of damp. The damp smells attract mosquitos. These details would make a dramatic change to the place for the better.
