The property was absolutely spotless, it was spacious and very homely

The neighbours dogs are awful, the barking would start at 7am, three dogs barking continuously throughout the day, and one big dog barking up until 1-2am…Real lack of sleep and peace with these dogs! The owners really need to be spoken too…We had house rules to keep the noise down after 10pm, but there was no mutual respect for our peace with these neighbours… We couldn’t use the shower as it leaks and floods the bathroom and hall, there are marks showing this is regular. The lack of hot water, meant only two baths could be run per day as it would run cold…So not ideal with a family of four. Some Useful Suggestions (not criticisms) : Mirrors in bedrooms (only one mirror in hall with teenagers wasn’t fun if someone was in the bathroom) More mugs (only 3 small ones in cupboard) Oven Trays (these would be handy when heating chips and pizzas) Pool Filter was broken (my son cut his foot) just encase you hadn’t seen it… Spare sheets to change beds, we had the same ones for two weeks in the heat… Lighting in kitchen is very poor, maybe add brighter bulbs, also there’s a bathroom bulb out that needs replaced. No cleaning visits or replenishments as stated so maybe update paperwork as we were up and out on cleaning day and didn’t have to be, we also had to buy bin bags, toilets rolls etc. but didn’t mind as the host was lovely to us, but just encase someone else marks your down for this…

The property was very spacious with great views. It was a good base for exploring Teide National Park.

The property is in need of some care and attention. It felt uncared for. Also the host didn’t give full check in information until we were 5 minutes away and it was presuming that we had good mobile data signal and could open app links and translate messages while driving. More information would have been appreciated.

The property is very remote, and high up into the mountains. We did not receive the exact location until we landed in Tenerife. Retrospectively we would not have chosen such a remote location. The location is not convinient for families with children- there are no close by supermarkets or restaurants. The location is also colder as it is up in the mountains. The host is friendly, but does not speek english! we needed to use google translate to communicate... We had a water leak in the property and the host tried to resolve it, but we ended up having to find a different accomodation in the last minute.

Tight entrance to the property it is difficult to get in with a car, the host is unresponsive and not the nicest, I was waiting more then a week for an answer about our check in, not enough cooking utensils for e. Only 4 forks, the electric grill is not working, not the best option for 5 people, the doors are not fitted well, they don t open fully, the host DOES NOT KNOW ENGLISH, despite that the advertisement states Spanish and english, the bathtub leaks and the water spills to the hall

At first we had trouble finding the place, but once we were in, we felt right at home. It's a huge place with a great outdoor area including a pool. The apartment was clean and comfy with more than enough space for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and we did not miss anything :-)

Very minor: the oven was not working.

The house is very charming and the grounds exceptional. Brilliant views of the south Coast with several places to sunbathe and relax.

Location, was nice and quiet and the pool and pool area was perfect.

Location was good if you want a place that's private and secluded within a short drive of Teide national park. Beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Outdoor pool and beds were perfect and made it a great place to relax and do nothing. A real traditional country house which was tranquil. Decent facilities to cook.

Could do with tea towels in the kitchen and better knives
