Warwick House - Stunning house with terrace and sea views, sleeps 11

We were a family of 10 staying over Xmas for 5 nights. Communication was very easy with the owner who very quickly dealt with our parking permits. The house was extremely comfortable with a modern, fully equipped kitchen to deal with all the cooking! The open plan dining area and lounge, with the fireplace was very cosy. The owner even put a Xmas tree up which was a very nice gesture! Location wise it couldn’t have been better.

Watch out for the little step from the hallway down into the dining area.

The en-suite shower floods, just needs a slightly higher lip to prevent that. Mats for the table when eating would be good and a few light bulbs had gone in the ceiling but that’s all.

Nothing really it looked lovely I must day but it was so cold and the terrace was right on the top floor. I was not told about all of the stairs and I am dissabled. Never again!

Liked everything

The location was very good - the beach was at the end of the road and there were good restaurants within easy walking distance. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. For four of us the kitchen and sitting area were very good - would have been a squash for 11 !

Parking was a bit of a problem despite having residents parking. More information at the house would have been welcome - eg how to use the main oven!

The house is very spacious and the location was perfect for what my family needed. They all found it very comfortable and had everything they needed. Anne also got us a parking permit for my wedding day as I got ready there in the morning and it was super helpful. Thank you ever so much!
