Location is great. Staff is good. Food is good.

Rooms are not properly maintained..despite charging super premium prices, bathrooms and toiletries are not upto mark..

We faced internet issues as wifi wasnt working. Difficult to do workcation at this place. There was no phone network in the area. Food options are very limited

The only USP is the location. The staff is polite.

if you are booking just on the location aspect I would not recommend so. Firstly they will not allocate the room that you might have booked looking at the photos. I did have to request them for a change. Secondly the restaurant service and the package system (hats off to the genius who has come with this..only intention is to squeeze your money for no good in return)is pathetic. They will charge you a ton for the breakfast and lunch/dinner with no quality whatsoever. Imagine a poha with complimentary breakfast item at 250. I was wise enough to not book the pre meals package and explored a couple of good restaurants nearby.They won't even serve you to your room only the so called high tea in the evening. I had booked the most costliest room of the resort and me and my wife had to deal with RATS in the room. It was not a holiday but a nightmare to us. Stay away from Saffron Stays property..You end up paying for a miserable holiday for no worth.

Location, ambiance, room too good.

As food facility is under question mark, it reduces the parameter value for money.Better food is available at much cheaper rates nearby. Management needs to think. Thanks
