TV disappointing. The TV didn’t offer the standard expected with the rest of the property! Not complaining- just making a point!

The location was fab right on the beach and a lovely roof terrace area with the view. Lots of space in the house - all of the bedrooms had an ensuite which was fab and the beds were comfortable. Good warm showers. Lots of fridge room to enable big dinners with all the guests and the BBQ was a bonus. Easy check in and check out. We had a lovely time but there was some small points to feed back on below.

Safety: Eventhough the house had ground floor access and bathroom for if you had difficulty walking there was lots of trip hazard around the house for example between zones on the floor it was uneven due to lots of threshold strips some being right before steps. Cleanliness: The lounge and bedrooms and bathroom were lovely and clean with no issues. The kitchen didn't appear clean though. There was crumbs in the place mats that had been put away, the glasses were heavily stained and had to be rewashed before using (and the dishwasher required salt). The Chopping boards if flipped over still had residue from meat that had previously been chopped on there. This could have been places that had been forgot to check after other guests as it's self catering but it is not really acceptable Also this is just a small thing but there was no teabags or milk or washing up liquid left out which for the price of the rental seemed something that could be improved upon (and some shower gel in the rooms would have been expected).

Gas fire not working --we had quite a cold spell. We booked in for November-where to get logs ?

Incredible location and the most impressive spec I have ever seen in a holiday let.
