Burndavis Lodge

This property was great. We were staying whilst attending our friends wedding. We had a great weekend and Burndavis Lodge was just perfect for what we needed.

Fantastic location, lovely house, very nice and spacious. Beautiful house, and Ann was such a wonderful host!!!.

Slight fusty smell in the house, like the one you get when you haven’t been home a while, and the downstairs shower was a little hard to navigate, would even prefer a shower curtain instead of the fancy glass windows.

The host's communication was excellent, flexible, friendly and helpful. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Pool table was used by all. Location was good for sightseeing in Northern Ireland.

It was super duper clean. Anne has really thought of everything to make the property homely and comfortable.

Our host Ann was amazing. Although our BA flight was delayed, and then they also lost my bags on the route from London to Belfast, she welcomed us personally very late in the evening -- with the utmost friendlyness!! The accomodation is beautiful, conveneient and very clean The entire house was at our disposal, is in a very safe area, and has all the appointments needed -- even the use of the slate-bed snooker table!! We can really recommend the stay with Ann in Burndavis Lodge -- we will surely return there in the future Tom, South Africa

The house was excellent. Milk and wine in the fridge and a cake on the table, how thoughtful. I needed to check a few thinks with the owner, Ann, an she was straight back and very helpful. A large secure yard at the side of the house, secured by a large swing gate, provided privacy for security for motorcycles.

Ann was a lovely lady , had a welcome.cake bottle of wine and Easter eggs along with tea coffee and milk for us on arrival. Location perfect gave easy access to family in Ballymena. House supplies all that could be required, hairdryers towels, iron etc. Driveway with plenty of room for a couple of cars. Heating was on when we arrived. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Great place really clean liked the double duvets on the single beds. Good facilities snooker, dvds, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. Didn’t realise it was so close to the sea/coast, we booked for wedding nearby but enjoyed a day in Carnlough and Glenarm castle.
