There was no snowing during our stay. 😀

საუკეთესო ლოკაცია, ულამაზესი ხედებით, კომფორტული და სასიამოვნო გარემო, სისუფთავე და ამასთანავე ყურადღებიანი და მეგობრული მეპატრონე. 😍

The scenery view of the cottage is highly recommended and its fully equipped. The bedroom, living room, bathrooms were cleaned. Since, we went there during winter, the heaters are working perfectly and the fireplace is perfect. Parking is available for one vehicle. Marketplaces and restaurants are very near. 2-5 minutes of walking. Police Station is nearby. The community is safe and helpful. The caretaker was accomodating and easily to be reached.

The water heater and water flow were weak. After Skii, we would like to take a warm shower, however, the water flow and heater were frustrating and disappointing. Both bathrooms have same issues. The worst was the internet, the whole stay, we didn't have internet and the only option was to connect the net on the other cottage and eventhough, the net was weak and only in the living room has signal.

Located just off the Bakuriani centre it's a lovely place. Quiet. Great views. There are couple of grocery stores and few restaurants within walking distance. The cottage itself is one in a group of 3 row houses. Large hall with two lounge sofas , kitchen, bathroom in ground floor. The first floor has two bedrooms with a bathroom. The washing machine was a bonus as we were on a road trip. Safe parking present. Tamar was easy to communicate and friendly. We highly recommend this place.
