Molino del Caracol

Lugar magnífico, enclave maravilloso, anfitriones muy atentos y a la casa no le faltaba nada. Para repetir sin duda, lástima que sólo hayamos ido un fin de semana.

La casa es preciosa con un enorme jardín. La ubicación es ideal para hacer rutas de senderismo . Gracias Juana ! Repetiremos seguro!

The house was beautiful and private. A home from home offering everything you needed.

The en-suite shower in the double bedroom wasn’t very hot and so we showered downstairs. We may have just not been very patient waiting for the water to run thoroughly. The road down to the property is exceptionally narrow and If you have any vehicle larger than a Citroen C1 or Fiat 500 the drive I s very tight

La casa para un grupo es perfecta. Pasar unos días allí reconforta y al poder hacer una caminata junto al río es idílico. Juana perfecta anfitriona . Volveremos. Gracias

The beautiful gardens and pool ! The house is a converted ancient flour mill near the river - very private and quiet. Good sized rooms - plenty space for a family or friends to spread out ! Well equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining area in the garden ( you also have an indoor dining room ) Spacious bathrooms and plenty of hot water and big towels. Big beds , big wardrobes and lovely views from all windows. This is one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed in. It’s a quiet village location and so you do need a car to get around but the freedom of relaxing in this oasis of calm is well worth it ! The super hosts will help with recommendations for everything.

The lane to the house from the village is very narrow - navigable if your car is average size but not for big cars ! We Brits have the added disadvantage of ‘driving on the wrong side ‘ in Spain ! However the road is private and so you hardly ever meet another vehicle on it.

La maison est située dans un par naturel magnifique ( avec cascades ) , la rivière, les montagnes la faune et la flore magnifique. La piscine et le jardin magnifique. La maison est correctement équipé , c’est simple et pratique. La climatisation très appréciée à l’étage en juillet 😉Nous étions à 10mn de Ronda donc parfait. Paco est d’une extrême gentillesse tout en étant très discret. Il a toujours tout mis en œuvre pour que nous soyons bien: 2eme ventilo pour le salon, taillage des haies pour que nos voitures passent plus facilement. Des conseils pour acheter de l’huile ou pour savoir où se ravitailler.

Pas aimé est un grand mot mais quelques remarques : le passage pour accéder à la maison est très étroit au départ avec une grosse voiture on a eu un peu peur mais au final ça s’est fait et paco à nouveau nous a aidé. Autre point on est très proche de la nature évidement ça a de gros avantages mais ça s’accompagne de quelques petits colocataires un peu envahissants : guêpes, fourmis 😉 mais ça c’est la vie ! Il y a aussi à proximité un entrepôt avec un bruit de ventilation, qui est vraiment atténué par le bruit de la rivière mais ça reste un peu dommage car avec une bonne isolation du professionnel ça pourrait être quasi transparent. Mais ça reste mineur comparé au petit coin de paradis de la maison 😉
