We had an excellent stay at the house, the host is very symapathic.

Senhora Luzia was an exceptional host, couldn't ask for someone better. She was always ready to help me and my family with anything we needed. She made us a cake to welcome us and also got us some wine. Like she said she loves to host. She also had suger, butter, eggs milk and coffee. She treated me like family and today she emailed me to find out about my trip to another island and if we landed ok. We talked and laughed and she shared some of her recipes. I will for ever have her in my heart. Anyone that sees my review dont hesitate to book your trip to this beautiful home and the beautiful natural pools.

Nothing to say we loved everything

What a place! It is a huge apartment with a well equipped kitchen, two balconies and sea views. A short walk to bus stop, small supermarket (there are only two small supermarkets in town, but they have everything you need), and the sea. Good walks on Terceira. Luzia, the landlady, is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don't speak Portugese, just some Spanish, and she only speaks Portugese, but we managed to communicate. She even picked me up from the airport, since the bus times were somewhat inconvenient.

There is a lot of wind in the Azores, and the windows rattle in the wind quite noisily, but it wasn't that much of an issue. That I couldn't stay any longer!

The apartment is well located in Biscoitos, super close to the natural bath. Very spatious, clean and Luzia was very welcoming! we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Luzia and her husband reside on the ground floor, so were available, and always helpful, especially with our limited knowledge of Portuguese! This is a lovely, traditional home with modern amenities, and beautiful furnishings! It was only a short distance from popular sightseeing destinations, and Luzia kindly made suggestions of areas and activities we might enjoy while there.

The only suggestion we would have, for all the properties in the Azores, would be to please provide fans for at least the bedrooms. It was apparently a hotter than normal summer, and even in September, we found it uncomfortably warm and humid for sleeping.

This place was amazing, an example of how all the small private bookings should be if they want to be excellent. We were meet by the host and handed the keys, took around to see the place which was enormous (3-4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom). Furniture is old style, but it fits the decor nicely and we really liked it. Then the host showed us few printouts with selected sightseeing places and places to eat which was great and cuts down on googling time. The kitchen was stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc which made cooking easier. The apartment was meticulously clean. Parking is right in front of the property, the whole town is quiet and nice. Slight issue with WiFi cutting out few times in one of the bedrooms, but it worked in other rooms, so not a big issue.

We usually find something, but here we really had nothing to complain about.
