Did not like the $46 per car entry fee for Pine Lake gated Community

We loved the back porch, spacious and well equipped great room and kitchen and well functioning AC (it was a hot weekend). It was very quiet and the night sky was spectacular. Be careful going up the driveway. There are a number of tow-hitch scratches on the road because of the steep angle.

There were two wasp nests above the front porch. They were pretty small/new, so hadn't been noticed by the host yet, but it did cause some stress. The television set has a vertical line of 'noise' on the right-hand side, but who's there to watch tv? A couple of things probably not the hosts' fault; The gate attendant insisted there was a mistake by the host in our instructions and sent us to a completely different house. He did the same to my brother (who was staying in a house near to this one). This may be a city thing, but I couldn't find a recycle bin. We used an atypically large amount of disposable water bottles but there was nowhere to place them for recycling.

no internet, was unable to watch TV programs . Windows in bedrooms could have Black out drapes, Sun shining brightly to early . 👹

The home was nice. I did notice they had a wide variety or board games, movies, books & so on.

The value for a nights stay was ridiculous. The first thing I noticed was it said free wifi yet the Internet never connected with the password. The home looked clean at first glance but me & my kids noticed trash throughout the house. Yet the trash was minor it shows a poor job when it comes to cleanliness. If the house wasn't cleaned properly then what else could have been not cleaned? The fireplace within the home didn't work even when i turned the gas on for it. Yes I know it isn't a necessity but it of been nice since it's there. The backdoor to go outside was broken so we couldn't kick back in the back unless we went around the home. Parking garage was locked and the key for the home didn't open it. Location was shit poor. Literally not worth the drive even if the price was near free. The directions given were horrible and unable to be used off of GPS so once you book the place the address listed changes when you get an email then it changes again when you get a text. They will let you know only then it is only able to be found by hand written instructions that need to be followed to a T and basically if you go off GPS you will never find the place. After all that they will end up making you feel less than because you can't follow instructions and need to learn how to. Once you finally arrive your vehicle will not be able to drive up they driveway because it's at an upward slope that can damage your vehicle so you will need to find elsewhere to park. All in all very unsatisfied and wouldn't stay for free just off the drive alone.

The house was comfortable. The bed in one of the bedrooms was not very comfortable in that it squeaked the entire night every time you moved. In addition the rug in the master bedroom was very dirty. Not very appealing. Did not know there would be a charge to park the car and was surprised how far off the main road the property was situated. Also was surprised that I had to Venmo the damage deposit before getting the key code. In general an okay stay just lots of surprises.
